"Flo Oy Wong's works
are exquisite formalist compositions that reflect a deep sense
of history. They beautifully express complex, powerful and
intimate emotions. Her work illuminates realities of the Asian
American experience."

In our work together,
I have not seen a more focused artist than Flo Oy Wong. She
has a talent for depicting topical issues through personal
stories. The resulting art is a unique and compassionate exploration
of the events and circumstances that impact her life as an
Asian American.
